This form is exclusively for consumers. A statutory right of withdrawal exists only if you placed the order as a private individual for purposes that cannot be primarily attributed to your commercial or self-employed professional activity.

For commercial orders, the right of withdrawal is excluded. If you placed the order as a business and would like to process a return, please contact us directly – we can usually find a solution.

What happens next
