In places where large, open traffic areas need to be cleaned regularly but there is a shortage of staff. The robot operates at night without an operator. We assess your site in advance to determine whether the area is suitable.
3. Does a cleaning robot replace staff?
No. It handles large, uniform areas without requiring staff time. Edges, stairs, sanitary areas, and surfaces remain manual work. In practice, it relieves your team instead of replacing a position.
4. Can I see the machine beforehand?
Yes. In postal code areas 4 and 5, we will demonstrate the machine at your premises upon request – for a flat-rate fee of €199 net, which will be credited by 100% upon purchase. Outside these regions, a demonstration in Kempen is possible by appointment.
5. How will it be delivered?
The ProMax 60, as well as spare parts and accessories, by DHL; all other machines by freight carrier to your preferred address. The delivery time is stated on every product page. We deliver to Germany, Austria, and all EU countries.
6. How quickly can I get spare parts?
In the shop, each machine has its own spare parts category. We usually ship from stock within 48 hours; otherwise, you will receive a response with a date on the same business day.
