Yes. The floor scrubbers immediately vacuum up the water, leaving the floor dry behind the machine. All machines are battery-powered, so there are no exhaust fumes or cables in the way. The cleaning robot avoids guests but works most efficiently during the night.

Lobby, hallways, restaurant – guests are always there
Clean while in operation
The hotel doesn't have a closing time for its shops. The SM55F-PRO cleans and dries in one pass, and the floor is immediately ready to walk on again. The Phantas cleaning robot takes care of the corridors and lobby at night—avoiding guests.
A well-groomed appearance around the clock
Grease and moisture in the kitchen and dishwashing area
Wet clean kitchen floors instead of just mopping
With a mop and bucket, grease on tiles is more likely to be spread than removed – slip hazard. The scrubbing extractor loosens the film with the brush and immediately sucks up the dirty water. At 450 mm, the ProMax 60 also fits between kitchen units.
Non-slip kitchen floor after every shift
Conference and event spaces, recreational facilities
Larger areas quickly ready again
There are often only a few hours between two events. According to the manufacturer, the SM60S-PRO with dual brushes can cover up to 3,000 m²/h, while the SM80S-PRO ride-on mower can cover up to 4,500 m²/h. We allow for a 30% reduction in practical performance.
Shorter turnaround times between events
Parking space, driveway, terrace
Sweep and vacuum outdoor areas
The KM80-PRO ride-on sweeper cleans parking lots and driveways at a rate of up to 6,400 m²/h, according to the manufacturer. The SS240-PRO street sweeper vacuums leaves and cigarette butts from patios and entrances—battery-powered and emission-free near guests.
The first impression begins with the journey there
Waste collection point, delivery, basic cleaning
Hot water pressure washer and wet vacuum cleaner
For waste collection areas, delivery zones, terraces and underground car parks: the Daewoo DHPW 7300 hot water pressure washer with 210 bar removes grease and organic residues. The 80-litre industrial wet and dry vacuum extracts dirty water after initial cleaning.
Hygiene even where guests don’t look
Power outage: Refrigeration and kitchen at a standstill
Emergency power for cold storage, kitchen and guest services
If the power fails, the goods in the cold room are at risk after a few hours and the kitchen comes to a standstill. A diesel emergency generator bridges the outage. We calculate the required power based on your equipment and their starting currents.
Goods and guest operations secured
Sample calculation: Cleaning robot for hallways and lobbies
One and a half hours of hallway and lobby cleaning per day (assumption) at €25 per hour and 30 days costs around €1,125 per month.
The Phantas covers this area at night without staff hours. The leasing rate starts at approx. €499 per month, depending on the term, creditworthiness, and equipment. Corners, stairs, and carpet edges remain manual work.
Sample calculation based on assumptions, no commitment. We are happy to calculate your own figures with you.

Frequently Asked Questions from the Hotel and Catering Industry
Product range, service and delivery.
1. Can it be cleaned during ongoing hotel operations?
2. Is a rotary buffer suitable for a commercial kitchen?
Yes, for tiled kitchen floors, it is significantly more thorough than a mop and bucket: The brush removes the grease film, while the absorbent strip instantly absorbs the dirty water. We will match the brush and cleaning agent to your tiles.
3. How much emergency power does a hotel or restaurant need?
This depends on what needs to keep running: cooling, kitchen, lighting, elevator, cash register, and IT. The deciding factor is the power consumed by the devices that start up at the same time. We will calculate this with you—find out more under Sizing emergency power.
4. Does a cleaning robot replace staff?
No. It handles large, uniform areas without staff time. Edges, stairs, sanitary areas, and surfaces remain manual work. In practice, it relieves your team instead of replacing a position.
5. Can I see the machine beforehand?
Yes. In postal code areas 4 and 5, we will demonstrate the machine at your premises upon request – for a flat-rate fee of €199 net, which will be credited by 100% upon purchase. Outside these regions, a demonstration in Kempen is possible by appointment.
6. How quickly can I get spare parts?
In the shop, there is a separate spare parts category for each machine. We usually ship from stock within 48 hours; otherwise, you will receive a response with a date on the same business day.
