⚡ Tobasa Basic Pro 150 kVA Diesel Emergency Generator – soundproofed, with automatic speed control
The Tobasa Basic Pro 150 kVA is the largest unit in our Basic Pro series: a soundproofed, water-cooled diesel power generator for industrial facilities, municipalities, clinics, data centers, pumping stations, and professional continuous operation. With 150 kVA continuous power (PRP) and 165 kVA standby power (ESP), it can also supply larger facilities featuring refrigeration systems, conveyor technology, or multiple production lines.
The unit is powered by a Ricardo R6108IZLD – a 6-cylinder turbo-diesel with intercooling, 7.1 liters of displacement, and 160 kW engine output at 1,500 rpm. Electrical energy is provided by a brushless EMEAN VG-274FS three-phase alternator with 100% copper winding, insulation class H, and AVR voltage regulation (static regulation accuracy ±0.5%). Control is managed by a ComAp IL4-AMF20 with an integrated automatic transfer switch (ATS, 300 A).

Every unit is commissioned by us before shipping: filled, adjusted, load-tested, and logged. Your generator thus arrives fully tested and ready for immediate use.
🔧 Electronic speed governor & 300 A circuit breaker
The electronic speed governor keeps the frequency stable even under fluctuating loads – this protects the engine and increases efficiency. A 3-pole 300 A circuit breaker reliably protects the unit against overload.

All socket outlets are individually fused. The main power draw for full capacity (rated current 216 A) takes place directly at the generator output via the 300 A circuit breaker.
🔄 Manual or automatic – you decide
The ComAp controller can be switched between two operating modes: In manual mode, you start the generator yourself when needed and switch the load manually. In automatic mode (AMF), the controller permanently monitors your grid, starts the generator independently in the event of a power failure, and takes over the power supply within a few seconds – when grid power returns, the system switches back automatically and in a controlled manner. Start-up and switching do not replace an uninterruptible power supply (UPS).
❄️ Engine preheating for reliable cold starting
Integrated engine preheating ensures a reliable start even at low outside temperatures. Two 12 V/80 Ah starter batteries with a 24 V starter and an integrated battery charger keep the unit permanently ready for operation.
