Mobile LED light tower for construction sites, disaster relief, and events
The Tobasa BETA FULL GM-L is a light tower designed for professional continuous operation. Six MultiLED floodlights, each with 320 watts, generate a total of 400,000 lumens and illuminate an area of up to 15,000 m². The hydraulic telescopic mast extends to 8.40 meters and can rotate 350°, allowing you to reach almost every corner of the site without repositioning the trailer.
200 hours without refueling
The Yanmar 3TNM68 with EU Stage V emission technology consumes an average of 1.7 liters of diesel per hour. Combined with the 120-liter tank, this provides an autonomy of up to 200 hours in lighting mode. At twelve hours of operation per night, that's around two weeks without needing a refueling trip—a decisive factor for locations without constant supervision.
The six floodlights can be switched on individually. Where less light is sufficient, consumption decreases accordingly. A light sensor can automatically handle switching on and off upon request.
Stage V – approved for mobile use
The light tower is equipped with a Stage V engine, meeting the current EU emission standards for mobile machinery. This is a prerequisite when the device is used at changing locations or for event lighting. With 61 dB(A) at a distance of seven meters, it is also quiet enough for nighttime use near residential areas.
Road-legal trailer
The light tower is mounted on an EU road-legal trailer with a height-adjustable, overrun-braked drawbar. Dead weight is approximately 800 kg, with a permissible total weight of 1,100 kg. Forklift pockets and a crane eye are standard, meaning the unit can be moved even without a towing vehicle.
Power for additional equipment
The integrated LINZ Electric Alumen generator provides 5 kVA. Through the 16 A / 230 V CEE socket, you can power additional tools, a site cabin, or chargers directly from the light tower. Control is managed via a ComAp InteliLite4 AMF9 featuring fault monitoring, warning notifications, and an emergency stop.
Safety and weather resistance
The AMOSS safety system automatically lowers the mast when necessary. Four manual outriggers and a jockey wheel ensure stability, and the construction is wind-resistant up to 110 km/h. A containment tray collects fuel and engine fluids. The weatherproof ABS/steel housing is designed for ambient temperatures from −25 °C to +50 °C.
