The Basic Pro series offers better standard equipment: automatic speed control, engine preheating (water heating), standard crane eyes for lifting and – depending on the power class – an additional 63A socket.

The integrated water heater keeps the engine at operating temperature even in low outside temperatures, ensuring a reliable cold start – essential for year-round emergency power operation.

The Basic Pro series is available in 25, 35, 50, 75, and 100 kVA. Please contact us if you require a different power rating with these features.

Among others, we carry RTE diesel generators, our Basic Pro series direct from the factory, as well as custom-manufactured Stage I–V industrial series direct from Italy – selected for their reliability and practical suitability in continuous commercial use.

We deliver within Germany and to various EU countries. Shipping within Germany is included in the purchase price. For deliveries outside of Germany, we charge a flat shipping rate of €199 net.

Our soundproofed diesel generators operate at approximately 70 dB(A) at a distance of 7 m – comparable to a vacuum cleaner or a busy restaurant. This is within the normal range for generators of this power class. For continuous use in residential areas, we recommend checking local noise protection regulations beforehand.

ATS stands for Automatic Transfer Switch. Our ComAp controller can be switched between two operating modes: In manual mode, you start the generator yourself when needed. In automatic mode (AMF), the controller permanently monitors your grid and, in the event of a power failure, switches automatically to generator operation within a few seconds – ideal for unattended, uninterruptible power supply.

Our Basic Pro generators use Ricardo brand diesel engines. The name originates from a British engineering firm founded in 1915, which developed one of the first practical high-speed diesel engines with its Comet combustion chamber system. Today, the engines are manufactured in industrial series quality according to this proven license and are known for their robustness in continuous operation.

The rated power alone is often not enough – the starting current (inrush current) of your loads is also crucial. Electric motors, compressors, or air conditioning systems often require 3 to 8 times their rated power for a short time when starting up. Simply tell us which devices (especially motors) are to be connected – we will work with you to determine the appropriate kVA class with sufficient power reserve.

The Basic Pro generators are equipped with CEE sockets as standard (400 V: 16 A / 32 A / 63 A, 230 V: 16 A). Matching plugs or cable reels are not automatically included in the scope of delivery. Tell us which devices you would like to connect – and we will tell you exactly which cables or CEE adapters you need in addition.

Leasing and financing are handled through our partner Mercator Leasing; common terms are 12–48 months net, with leasing calculated at approx. 10% residual value at the end of the term. A commercial credit check is generally required. Let us know your preferred term and model – we will provide you with a non-binding sample calculation before you decide on a process.

You receive a 12-month warranty on all Basic Pro generators. We will initially resolve minor issues via telephone support, otherwise by shipping replacement parts. If an on-site repair is not possible, we will collect the device and return it repaired – you will incur no additional costs for this within the scope of the warranty.

We have a three-stage complaint procedure: First, we clarify the problem with you over the phone (already successfully resolved in approx. 95% of cases). If a spare part is required, we will ship it as soon as possible. If an on-site repair is not possible, we will collect the device, repair it, and send it back.
