When sizing, it is not the total sum of the nameplates that counts, but what runs and starts up at the same time: cooling, catering, stage technology. Diesel generators from 25 to 100 kVA – we calculate the right size from your load list.

Mobile LED light poles
The ALPHA light mast shines with 4×320 W LEDs and 255,000 lumens from a height of 7.6 m, while the BETA shines with 6×320 W and 400,000 lumens from a height of 8.4 m. Both run on Stage V diesel for up to 145 and 200 hours respectively without external power and are mounted on a road trailer.

Outdoor area quickly clean again
After an event, litter is spread over a large area. According to the manufacturer, the KM180-PRO enclosed sweeper can cover up to 15,000 m²/h, while the SS240-PRO street sweeper can precisely clean along fences, benches, and edges where a mechanical sweeper cannot reach.

Wet clean overnight
Between trade fair days, there is only the night. According to the manufacturer, the SM80S-PRO and SM125-PRO ride-on scrub dryers can cover up to 4,500 and 5,500 m²/h respectively, leaving the floor dry. Sweep beforehand – otherwise cable ties and plastic film residues will clog the squeegee.

Ride-on scrubbers cannot fit through narrow aisles or between stalls. The ProMax 60 with a 450 mm cleaning path and the SM55F-PRO with drive wheels clean while in operation – the floor is immediately ready to walk on again.

For stage components, beverage pallets and equipment: the RTE EPT15H electric pallet truck and the RTE PS3500 reach truck with a lift height of 3,500 mm and a capacity of 1,500 kg each. Plus the tool trolley with 387 pieces for assembly.
Faster setup and dismantling with fewer staff
Sample calculation: Street sweeper instead of a cleaning crew
10,000 m² of outdoor area after an event. By hand, around 25 person-hours (assumption: 400 m² per hour per person). With the KM180-PRO, around one hour (15,000 m²/h according to the manufacturer, about two-thirds of that in practice), plus finishing work along the edges.
At €25 per hour, that is around €550 less in labor costs per event – at 20 events per year, around €11,000.

1. What generator size do I need for an event?
2. How long does a light pole shine without refueling?
According to the manufacturer, up to 145 hours with the ALPHA and up to 200 hours with the BETA – so over several event days. Both are mounted on a road trailer.
3. Can I also rent machines?
Yes, for long-term rentals of 12 months or more. For shorter periods, please contact us directly.
4. Can I see the machine beforehand?
Yes. In postal code areas 4 and 5, we will demonstrate the machine at your premises upon request – for a flat-rate fee of €199 net, which will be credited by 100% upon purchase. Outside these regions, a demonstration in Kempen is possible by appointment.
5. How will it be delivered?
Machines, generators and light masts shipped by freight to your preferred address, spare parts by DHL. The delivery time is stated on every product page. We deliver to Germany, Austria and all EU countries.
6. What happens in the event of a technical problem?
Our support process consists of three stages:
